DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN ARUSHA.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private safari guide and transferred to your luxurious lodge or boutique hotel in Arusha. Nestled at the base of Mount Meru, Arusha is the safari capital of northern Tanzania and offers a peaceful start to your journey. After check-in, you’ll have time to relax, enjoy the tranquil gardens, and settle into the comfort of your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for a short city tour, a visit to the local Maasai market, or simply unwind with a sundowner by the pool. In the evening, a gourmet dinner awaits as your guide briefs you on the exciting days ahead.

DAY 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, a scenic 2–3 hour drive through the Tanzanian countryside. Known for its towering baobab trees and dense elephant populations, Tarangire is a hidden gem offering incredible wildlife experiences with fewer crowds. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive, tracking elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, and a variety of bird species. With your expert guide, you’ll venture into less-explored areas of the park, stopping for a luxurious bush lunch in a shaded spot surrounded by nature. As the sun sets, you’ll head to your upscale lodge or tented camp located near the park, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a hearty dinner, and storytelling around a campfire under the African stars.

DAY 3:SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (CENTRAL)

Today is dedicated to exploring the central region of Serengeti National Park, known as the Seronera Valley — a wildlife-rich area with year-round game viewing and a prime location during the wildebeest migration. After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive through the iconic acacia-dotted plains, tracking predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs, which are commonly seen hunting the large herds passing through. The Seronera River, a vital water source, attracts an incredible concentration of wildlife including elephants, hippos, and diverse bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the scenic sites within the park and continue exploring in the afternoon, with your guide interpreting animal behavior and helping you get the best sightings. Return to your camp or lodge in the early evening for dinner and a relaxing night surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti wilderness.

DAY 4:SERENGETI WESTERN CORRIDOR.

Travel westward across the vast Serengeti plains into the remote and wildlife-rich Grumeti region, part of the dramatic Western Corridor. This area becomes a focal point of the Great Wildebeest Migration between May and July, when immense herds gather to cross the crocodile-infested Grumeti River — a breathtaking and tension-filled natural event. Along the way, enjoy game drives through rolling savannahs, riverine forests, and open woodlands, encountering predators like lions and hyenas trailing the migration, as well as elephants, giraffes, and a variety of birdlife. A picnic lunch is served in a scenic bush setting before continuing the adventure in the afternoon. Arrive at your tented camp or lodge near the river in the evening, where you’ll relax with sweeping views of the wilderness and share stories over dinner beneath the stars.

DAY 5:SERENGETI CENTRAL.

The central Serengeti, known as the Seronera Valley, offers some of the best year-round game viewing in Africa. This region is a wildlife haven, rich with permanent water sources like the Seronera River, attracting a high density of animals even outside the migration season. Game drives here reveal large prides of lions, elusive leopards lounging in trees, and cheetahs scanning the plains for prey. During the migration months, the area comes alive with endless columns of wildebeest and zebra moving through the grasslands, followed closely by predators. Explore a mix of ecosystems, from open savannahs to rocky outcrops and riverine forests. A picnic lunch is enjoyed in the bush, followed by more exploration in the afternoon before heading back to camp for dinner and a peaceful night in the heart of the Serengeti.

DAY 6: SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CRATER.

Begin the journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a final game drive through the Serengeti, offering one last chance to spot predators or catch glimpses of the migrating herds. As the landscape gradually shifts from open plains to the green highlands of Ngorongoro, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic. A stop is made at a scenic picnic site for lunch before continuing toward the crater rim. On arrival, enjoy panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Crater — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. Spend the evening at your lodge set either on the crater rim or in the nearby highlands, where the cool air and forest surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere ahead of tomorrow’s descent into the crater floor.

DAY 7: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK TO ARUSHA.

On your final day, head to Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast — a lush, scenic park famous for its tree-climbing lions, flocks of pink flamingos, and diverse habitats ranging from groundwater forests to acacia woodlands and open plains. You’ll embark on a half-day game drive through the park, spotting elephants, baboons, hippos, and more. The lake itself offers spectacular birdwatching opportunities. After an adventurous morning, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a charming lodge before beginning your journey back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure, or to your hotel if you’re extending your stay. This marks the end of your unforgettable luxury safari — a journey filled with wildlife, wonder, and exceptional hospitality.
