ITENERARY.
Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport- Arusha
Day 2: Arusha-Tarangire National Park
Day 3:Karatu-Central Serengeti
Day 4-5: Central Serengeti National Park-Northern Serengeti
Day 6-7: Northern Serengeti- Central Serengeti National Park
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.
DAY 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT-ARUSHA.
A safari guide from our office will pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha for relaxation and your overnight stay.
You’ll spend the evening preparing for your adventure the next day.
DAY 2: ARUSHA-TARANGIRE
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up at the hotel for the beginning of a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds and diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to savannas, with the Tarangire River meandering through. You may have the chance to witness lions stalking their prey or leopards relaxing in trees above.
Once the game drive is over, we’ll drive you to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
DAY 3: KARATU-CENTRAL SERENGETI.
After breakfast, we’ll depart for the central Serengeti, enjoying lunch at a suitable location inside the park. You’ll enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. The rest of the afternoon will be spent on a game drive before you make you way to the camp.
The Serengeti is renowned for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Get ready to see resident predators like leopard, cheetah, and lion all fulfilling their roles in the circle of life.
DAY 4-5: CENTRAL SERENGETI-NORTHERN SERENGETI
After an early breakfast we will drive to the Northern Serengeti around the Mara River. This is where the Great Migration happens. Our safari guide will find the best spot for you to view it. Here, you will witness the migration unfolding, such as the great battles between crocodiles, wildebeest and zebras. You will spend the second day on a full day game drive.
The Great Migration is the mass movement of wildebeests, zebras, and other animals crossing the Mara River to the Masai Mara in Kenya. The river is full of crocodiles. The best time to visit to witness this event is from July to early October every year.
DAY 6-7:NORTHERN SERENGETI-CENTRAL SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.
Breakfast, you will be picked up by Epic Escape Safaris driver guide and chef and drive you to Serengeti National Park. The park is extremely large and wild game park ever. It is every traveler desire to see, a nearly 15000 sq km, this park is truly “the endless plains” as it is known by nomadic Maasai who are found here. You mind will be boggling by the quantity and wildlife inside Serengeti. It is a home of big five “Lion, Leopard, bush elephant, African buffalo and Black Rhino”. If is also famous with annual migration and beautiful landscapes. This park is a treat to visit not just for animals but also for its vast and varied species. After the game viewing you will drive to the lodge which is located inside the park for relaxation, dinner and overnight.
DAY 8: NGORONGORO CRATER-ARUSHA.
After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch box for a game drive inside the crater. Here, you can relax and spend your day in a new environment, have great photo opportunities, and explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. After our game drive in the park, we’ll transfer you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport.
Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa’s Natural Wonders. There are about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round, such as buffalos, lions, elephants, cheetahs, rhinos, and many varieties of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals within a short time.
